Chip's Perspective 
A main tenet of statist philosophy is williful ignorance; a complete disregard of human incentives and basic budget math. Another tenet: hypocrisy. I’m willing to bet that Ari gave more to charity than every single person villifying him on Twitter.
I think that bet is a mortal lock. A bet that somebody might take at less-than-triple-digit odds is whether he gave more than the combined total of every person vilifying him on twitter.
These people set exacting moral standards for everyone but themselves.
